  • Research: Online research for your next event, products and services, content for your next blog post or article, and other information gatherings.
  • Data entry: Updating your CRM, product database, website, or excel sheet as well as producing graphs, charts, and reports from your data.
  • Writing: Proofreading, editing, and formatting of various types of documents including books, blog posts, workbooks, and much more.
  • E-commerce: Managing online courses, updating information and categories, editing images, processing orders, and offering customer support.
  • Email: Labeling incoming and outgoing mail, organizing your inbox, sending and responding to emails, and creating filters.
  • Events: Booking new appointments with your clients, managing your events calendars, booking reservations and venues, and sending you reminders.

What are your business hours?

I am generally available for work, email contact, messaging and telephone/Skype calls during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m (GMT+3).

What falls under chargeable hours?

Any agreed service, including scheduled telephone/Skype calls, falls under chargeable hours, including any written communication, such as email and text messages, will be billed.

How will we communicate?

Email & Trello are preferred, but texting and messaging through WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS or Skype is acceptable.

Telephone/Skype calls are always planned in advance to avoid any possible interferences.

I respond to non-urgent emails within a day or on the first working day and to urgent emails as soon as I can.

You will receive regular updates via email and/or Trello about the status of projects. Additionally, calls can be scheduled in which your priorities, objectives, and potential ideas for the future are discussed.

How do you track time?

Time will be tracked in increments of one minute, rounded to the closest minute. I use specialized software for accurate time-tracking. A detailed timesheet will be provided with your invoice and upon your request.

What happens to unused hours?

You will only be billed for used hours. Any unused hours will be carried over to the next month.

You may also want to add hours to your monthly package. Additional hours will be billed with your next invoice.

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer

Do you offer referral discounts?

Yes. If you refer a new client to me, you will be rewarded with a discount of 20% on one invoice. This discount will be applied after the new client’s first payment.

Do you work with a contract?

Yes, I work with a contract. Work will commence after the contract has been read, understood, and signed. The contract is non-binding and does not oblige us to commit to a long-term partnership; either of us is free to terminate the working relationship.

I kindly request all clients with a monthly package to send a notice of termination at least 30 days in advance if they wish to terminate the partnership.
